• All prices are in INR (₹).    We offer:
• Online Prepaid Payment
• Cash on Delivery (COD)    For COD orders:
• Customers must ensure availability at delivery address.
• Refusal of COD order at delivery may result in restriction of future COD orders.
• Pepper Fumes reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
• Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Pepper Fumes is not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address provided by customer. Risk transfers to customer upon successful delivery.
• Returns & Refunds
• Due to the consumable nature of products:
• Opened products are non-returnable. Returns are accepted only if product is damaged or wrong item delivered. Complaint must be raised within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
